I’m Brianna (or also known as Bri)! I have been in the health and fitness industry for a decade and I have a huge passion for helping people unlock their strength potential and discover the amazing benefits that resistance training can have in their lives.

Throughout my time in the fitness industry, I have also gained further education in the field of nutrition and pre/post natal training for women. Having this additional knowledge and expertise has enabled me to help so many clients from many different backgrounds achieve their goals, whatever they might be.

I started my own personal journey over 12 years ago to feel more confident with my body. When I first started at the gym, you would have caught me keeping to myself on the treadmill. Eventually, I progressed to the weights section and never looked back. Today, I am grateful to be able to share my love of strength training at Ivy Training. 

I know firsthand the profound benefits of becoming my strongest self has had on my overall lifestyle, mindset and long-term health. For me, I also love the progression of strength training (I do love a heavy squat) and the ability to participate in activities with more ease, free from pain.

Not only do I love how resistance training can make us feel in the moment, but I also appreciate the positive impact it can have on our ageing years. My aim is to help as many people as possible discover the incredible benefits of becoming their strongest self and build a healthy lifestyle from a simple, enjoyable and realistic approach by establishing lifelong habits.

Outside of the studio, you will often find me at the beach enjoying a swim, hunting down the best coffee spots or spending time with my family.
